We are Edwin and Lonneke Ruberg from the Netherlands. We have been coming to Spain for many years.

We have been renting out our beautifully renovated apartment since July 2021.

Close to the beach, boulevard and the Golden Mile with at 2 km Puente Romana

You can explore the neighborhood on foot or by bike, looking for the many nice restaurants and shops, the boulevard, the chiringuitos and the marinas.

At hotel Grand Melia Don Pépé (behind Casa Apolonia) you can rent a padel or tennis court

It is only a 15 minute walk to the old town of Marbella.

Inland to Benahavís for the Riverwalk, adventures mountain hikes. the beautiful white village of Pueblo Mijas in the mountains with the old bullring (fun with kids) or the many golf courses!
